  For the fifth consecutive motorcycle purchase in a row Pete's Cycle has come through for me. There are three motorcycle dealerships much closer to me than Pete's Cycle but none of them compare. It is a shame that I have to drive an hour to get to Pete's and bypass the three closer dealerships to get a fair deal. Matt is a phenomenal sales person who is to be commended for his customer service. Matt facilitated making my Honda Goldwing purchase on 6/30/2020 painless. A particular dealership that is a few miles from my house is the absolute worse. Upon entering the establishment rarely have I ever been properly greeted The sales people often respond to inquiries as if you are bothering them. Pete's has always been fair and have taken some of my trade-ins that the other dealership, which will remain nameless, indicated was an impossibility. Thank you Pete's Cycle Staff and especially Matt, who has mastered the art of customer service. As I have in the past, I will continue to direct anyone I come across who is interested in purchasing a motorcycle to Pete's.

  I was searching for a Kawasaki Ninja 650, and I called more 20 dealerships in a range of 450 miles from my place. Everyone told me that they were busy and were going to call me back, but Pete's cycle was the only one that actually did it.
  Justin took care of me, and he was great. He answered all my questions, sent me photos and all the requested information. He found a brand new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja, and I purchased it at a great price. I traveled from Syracuse (NY) to Baltimore to pick up the bike (all the process was done online in less than one week). Once I get there, the staff was absolutely great and helped me set up the bike. I drove back to Syracuse (approximately 330 miles) on my new Ninja without any problem. The bike looks fantastic, and everything works properly.
  Thank you for your service! If you need a bike, this is the right place for you!
  
  P.S. Don't be upset if they do not call you back immediately or allow you to enter the showroom only by appointment: the COVID pandemic is causing all of this, and they have to respect the State rules!
