(June 30, 2020, 3:40 pm)The food at Ginza is always excellent. But I recently had an incident where the wrong food was delivered by my Grub Hub driver. I called the restaurant to alert them of the error, and the manager called the driver, while also sending me the correct number so we could sort of the mix up. She followed up with me until I got the correct order and was satisfied with my meal. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was excellent. I’m pleased to remain a happy customer!

(April 24, 2018, 1:09 pm)$9.95 all you can eat sushi lunch buffet. About a dozen different rolls, some teriyaki, tempura, edamame, spring rolls, and sesame balls. It's at the very least decent sushi, many being quite good! Staff is superbly friendly and seem to be very familiar and wonderful with some regulars. The decor is nice and from dining to bathrooms it's exceedingly clean. I genuinely couldn't ask for a better value to sample so much. There's ALSO a hibachi wing, but I did not dine there. Everyone eating there seemed happy add entertained.
