After having a really bad experience, the service team made everything right...and went above and beyond to ensure everything that was WRONG was made ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!
The staff was very accomodating and made sure I had transportation while the repairs were being made to my vehicle. The level of communication received feom the service advisor was EXCELLENT and everyone was very helpful. I am no longer a very unsatisfied and unhappy customer, and am back to being very pleased and very satisfied with the quality of work AND customer service received at Honda of Owings Mills.
