The staff was very accomodating and made sure I had transportation while the repairs were being made to my vehicle. The level of communication received feom the service advisor was EXCELLENT and everyone was very helpful. I am no longer a very unsatisfied and unhappy customer, and am back to being very pleased and very satisfied with the quality of work AND customer service received at Honda of Owings Mills. THANK YOU to everyone on the team for making my experience fast, easy, and pleasant. I am looking forward to more of the same during future visits!!!
