At Once Termite and Pest Control

We discovered we had mice. Eeeeek! I called up these guys for help, and they were at my house searching for the critters within only a few hours. I was pretty darn impressed...they were very thorough with the diagnostic process and their prices were reasonable. They even made sure not to let my crazy cat out of the house and ensured my house was properly locked-up. Hopefully we don’t have any further unwanted guests, but if we do I’ll be called these guys! Thanks, At Once for all your help!

In an industry full of sham artists, Mark and his team are a rarity. He does his job with caring and extreme attention to detail. I can't recommend Mark and At Once enough. He was a real savor for me and my family!

it was very unsettling to have a Mom raccoon and her baby living in the ceiling between our first and second floor. the raccoon had found entry in a spot where our original home met our addition. she entered into the attic but was able to travel down the bay of the wall and get to the ceiling between our second floor bathroom and first floor kitchen. as soon as Marc arrived to diagnose and help with our problem, we knew he was the guy for us. not only is he extremely knowledgeable and thorough, he lived up to his promise to work with us until the problem was completely resolved. he sent out his co-worker Alex to set the trap which was no easy task as it had to be attached to our roof at an angle in a very tight spot. Alex did an outstanding job with minimal disruption to our roof. the Mom was secured two days later and he was very gentle (and cautious) when he had to unscrew the trap and bring her down. once the Mom was trapped we had detected additional (ever so slight) activity in the ceiling - oh no, did she have roommates. Marc and Alex used infrared and camera detection to try and isolate the spot. it was during this inspection that we heard the cry of a baby raccoon. they cut a larger hole in the ceiling and were able to pull the baby out. they then temporarily covered the opening and asked that we leave it as is for at least 5 more days to make certain no one else was there. they returned, did a great job sealing the spot where the raccoon had entered, checked our home thoroughly for any other weak spots and made the repair, did a sweeping search of the attic and removed the debri where the raccoon set up her latrine. this entire process spanned 10 days. they were in touch regularly and made several house calls. Wayne who works in the office was just as responsive. as a side note, Marc was not the first company we contacted. our first was a national company and they were not able to come out for almost 2 days. our second contact was to a local company. we spoke with the owner and he was abrupt and took little time to field our questions over the phone. Marc was our third contact and as i said, we knew instantly we would not be disappointed. so, don't waste your time contacting anyone else other than AT ONCE and Marc Cohen. they are the best.

When our friends asked us to help them find a company to remediate the bed bugs in their home, we called four companies. Two larger companies gave us VERY high prices on the phone, without doing an inspection. The third company sent an inspector who was in the house for about five minutes, and didn't check the bedrooms with the biggest problems. When Marc from At Once preformed his inspection, he checked every room thoroughly, carefully making a plan to eliminate the problem. He took the approach of a service provider with the goal of solving the problem, and not of a salesman. The price was very fair, much less than the large companies. We hired At Once, and the job was done very well. They took their time to assure that the heat treatment killed every bedbug. When I contacted Marc with some follow up questions, he was very helpful. I hope that I don't need to navigate through another bedbug infestation, but if I do, I will immediately hire At Once.

Marc and his crew is fantastic. I really appreciate their service. I highly recommend Marc and his crew to anyone who has issues or concerns with mice in particular which was my issue. They completely sealed my entire home which is pretty large. My home is completely free of mice today. I will definitely keep Marc's number. I read in some previous reviews regarding Marc's cough, know that he's okay and offer him some water he may or may not accept it :) They all are so warm and friendly, Marc, the crew and even the person that answered the phone when I called. They gave me hope, and now I enjoy my home even more, thanks At Once Pest Control :)
