I came to Sonny Goel's office for a consultation to see if I could be a candidate for some type of less- or non-invasive eye surgery since I've been wearing corrective lenses since the 3rd grade. After a cheerful greeting from the front desk gal and working with his examination technician, Crystal, whom was an absolute joy, he then informed me that I could get a certain type of eye surgery through his practice. He explained the details of the procedure very thoroughly and left no stones unturned. He is quite personable and straightforward with the facts. I will likely be going back to him in the late Fall to have the surgery performed so that I can see with my natural eyes once again, prior to 3rd grade! Very professional office. They call ahead for your appointments to make sure you're tracking them. Explain everything thoroughly. Most importantly, they recognize the trust it takes to undergo a procedure on your eyes, and softly speak with you through the entire process. Dr. Goel humbly takes your trust and honors it with utmost professionalism.

The amazing experience started with the young lady who scheduled my appointment. She had an infectious energy to her voice and got all my information and scheduled me quickly to a time that worked great for me. Next I arrived to a pristine office where I was greeted by two friendly and courteous people at the reception area and within minutes was taking into an exam room for testing with all the latest technology, but the personal touch was never forgotten. Also, the equipment was all cleaned in front of me before using it. After the testing was complete, I waiting a few minutes and Dr. Goel came in to go over my results and do a few more tests. I had come in thinking I needed a touch up on my eyes that I had surgery on in 2003, but after the tests was told I really didn't need to do anything. The best part was that Dr. Goel didn't try to sell me on something that wouldn't be in my best interest. I truly value that he put patient care and my best interest first. And don't be fooled by his boyish good looks. He is both highly experience and accomplished.

Got the SMILE procedure and everything has been great. It was painless and went by quickly. If you are even considering getting your eyes done, go do it ASAP because you will not regret it.
