  this is a follow-up to my first review. Since posting the review a few weeks ago the owner of the company has stepped up and made things right. Still not sure why we had such incredible communications issues in the beginning but they have been resolved completely.
  Although I can't give them a five-star rating at this time they are well on their way to redemption. I will continue to compare their service to my last merchant processing provider but expect no difficulties at.
  As long as everything remains seamless and my rates are as expected I will leave another Google review in the future to back this one up. at this point I would recommend this company for merchant processing.

  Great rates advertise but difficulties in setting up the card reader & I have been ghosted by my acct rep. Called customer service number for help they denied responsibility for the issue and transfered me to the company that actually does the processing. That company also denied accountability for the issue.
  Will see what happens next.
  I was told the acct rep is the only person who can close this acct and he is not returning any calls or emails.

  USB Payment has the best 24 hour technical support and service. I’m glad I chose to work with them. I 100% recommend them as they have really reasonable rates when compared to other competitors and have low commission rates also.

  Great customer service, Donny has help setting everything up with our business and he answers the phone when I have questions. Additionally, the fees they charge are less than the previous payment processor we used and they are much more honest about things. Great experience so far.

  USB has been awesome in helping us help our clients. We struggled working directly with the processor for years and USB became a source to get our integrated system going. They respond quickly to our needs and have gone out of there way to provide help for us and are giving our clients excellent service as well.
