I had a sewage line leak in my basement and contacted EverClean thinking it was just a matter of a simple carpet cleaning. Toni & the other folks I talked with walked me through not only the whole water remediation process but helped me with filing claims with my homeowners insurance - they had even worked with my individual insurance adjuster before. The guys that came to my house to take out the flooring and do the cleanup & treatment for the next three days were very kind and professional. The mess was cleaned up and my basement treated and disinfected within a day or two of calling. They are prompt and courteous and have followed up with me every step of the way. Could not be more impressed - recommend them highly.

I was let down by a carpet cleaning company that I had been using for a while. If I was not present to watch them clean (which is a bit silly) they would not do a good job at all and I would have to have them back for a second time. My first try with EverClean was perfect. Not only did they follow my crazy instructions for how to locate the lock box, but they did a great job. Their sales department (Maryanna) is a breeze to work with, they have a new customer for as long as I keep up my property management business.
