It started out rough, but our sales rep made sure to make everything right. She got us on a better plan, at a lower rate. We walked out with exactly the new phone and service we wanted. Had we not started out with some miscommunication, I would have given 5 stars.

Jack was AMAZING!! After issues of grabbing wrong card to pay, rushing home to get correct one and having way to many questions he was able to help me give my daughter a wonderful sixteen birthday. He also threw in a special surprise for her. Thank you once again! I am proud to say I will only be purchasing from your store.

Very nice experience today. We worked with Mia and she was very kind and helpful. She took the time to explain all of the plans and phone features. She also took the time to transfer all of the data from our old phone to the new one. No pressure sales and very customer service focused. Thank you!
