  I came to the office in great pain, Doctor Sheft was right on it with lots of detailed explanations and very professional services. I saw him about 8 visits and he got me back to painless, a very important place for me. I have been moving around a lot and have been to several Chiropractors, he is one of the best. Thanks for a great service Doc!

  Shefts chiropractic has made my life more enjoyable Daily activities are easy, my overall daily mood have improved. I happy i found Dr.Shefts. He and his staff are lifesavers! Would recommend to anyone who is seeking a TRUE fix to their back pain. Can feel important in a few short weeks. 10 out if 10.

  Smiling in my new office - made possible by Dr. Shefts and his wonderful staff. I had been in severe pain for 3 months when i met Dejah and Jessica at the Towson Farmers Market giving out coupons and brochures. After an insightful presentation on the importance of spinal health, i surrendered and made an appointment for a checkup with the famous (i would soon find out) Dr Lenny Shefts. That was a turning point in my life! In two ways. 1) i had just accepted an offer for a new amazing job and 2) i needed to get healthy in order to travel as a main part of the new job. Travel was near impossible in my state at that time. But in 3 weeks, Dr Shefts, Dr Carusso, and their knowledgeable staff had educated me, fixed me, and empowered me to keep improving. These guys are part of my family now and i get my weekly adjustments and family time every Monday morning at what i endearingly call the Sheft Chiro Spa.

  In three months time Dr Sheft and Dr. Caruso have helped me with the alignment of my back. When I first started there I was leaning forward when I walked and in this time I am no longer walking leaning forward. After an alignment the stress from my body is gone. After an alignment I feel that my life is back on track and I feel good about myself. The staff and the Physicians are very professional and pleasant. I have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy my visits here at Dr Sheft Chiropractic services. Thank you!
