  J & J is outstanding and leaders in the clothing industry . Pleasant experience all around and perfect alterations . Would highly recommend for cleaning garments as well as simple and difficult alterations .

  Fantastic dry cleaning, laundering, and tailoring services. Look, I'm one to pick the dry cleaners geographically closest to me... and this is somewhat how I found J&J. But I never would have given a dry cleaners 5 stars before. The staff are so, so friendly. You really get the sense that they're happy to work there and happy to help you as the customer. I've never had an issue with their service. It's always been on-time and high quality. I used their tailoring service a couple times- once on a pair of pants made with challenging material- and every time they've done just a wonderful job. Sometimes I see the owner carrying out clothes to the car of an elderly woman, and it just makes me feel good to see people doing good!

  I've been coming here for years and years and years. They know me by name and don't even ask when I come in. They just get my stuff.
  
  Mr John is a Baltimore institution. Best tailor ever. Knows what he's doing and is obviously the best dressed Man in Baltimore County.
