I had a maintenance appointment today with New Beginnings Towson since my last visit in August, 2020. As of today I have loss another 5 1/8" from under my breast to under my navel. I can't remember the wright loss, but I think it's 2-3lbs. I have maintained my exercise and eating healthy as Linda instructed me too.

You can continue to loss weight and inches if follow what Linda tells you to do and keep your maintenance appts. I plan to keep my maintenance appointments as Linda stated once every other month or 6 weeks. I can't thank Linda enough and I enjoy the conversation with the professionalism.

I purchased a Groupon for the services Linda offered as a way to jump start my weight loss. I had very little expectations but I was ready to do my work. I enjoy working out, (which includes running, cycling, and strength training with my fitness group) but I had NO motivation. Well, after 3 months of working with Linda, I have lost 24 pounds and 17 inches and still loosing. Linda was very effective with making me accountable to my nutrition plan as well as showing up for my sessions. She helped me become aware of how different foods affect how I feel and that was huge. This actually helped me develop the energy that I needed to stay consistent with my work outs. While still have more work to do, I could not be more amazed with my results and I have Linda to thank for it.
