The customer service was fantastic, with a lot of individual care and communication and the project was completed within a short period of time. (December 30, 2019, 10:42 am)Emily and her team at Legacy Wood Products Inc. did an excellent job with my kitchen granite counter top replacement. The process - from an initial quote using our drawings, to on-site measurements, and finally the actual installation, went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the completed project. Prices were very competitive and there was no pressure to add additional stuff we didn't need.
Emily's installation team are experts and professionals. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire project, from removal of the old wood counter top, to the installation of the new counter top and sink in a speedy & very efficient manner. I had some initial concerns regarding the weight of the new granite top on the existing wooden cabinets. The installers knew exactly how to deal with this and added some additional wall bracing around the sink cabinet -- the result -- the cabinets now appear stronger that their original condition. The crew also cleaned up after themselves.
The summary... I would recommend Legacy Wood Product to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.
