5 stars for Rodger. I ran into a little problem today and not only was he quick and efficient, he was kind and effective. Every interaction with him from getting me into a unit, up until today when I'm getting ready to move out of state and close out with them he has been so accommodating. Stellar customer service, thank you Rodger!!!

Storage Etc. in Chatsworth is clean and very well run. James is an excellent manager and a great guy:) Couldn't be happier with our experience here during a very difficult move. Highly recommended!

I have had a storage area in this Storage Etc. since its early opening. It has always been clean and held at an even temperature, which is essential when storing furniture. All the staff have always been very pleasant, which is not the way it is in alot of storage facilities. All in all my experiences has been A1. Today I took all my remaining items from my storage space as another chapter of my life has come to a new crossroads. Thank you for everything.

Storage Etc. in Chatsworth CA was THE CHEAPEST RATE you will find in Los Angeles! Every other place I checked was $30-$50 more for the same size unit. The recent manager James was very kind, courteous, and gracious. After renting for couple months, I experienced some unexpected and unfortunate financial personal expenditures that caused me to be late to pay my rent. James rallied with his genetous support and provided some manageable options to help me. I really appreciate the manager and his staffs kind consideration and warm customer service. This facility is very safe and super clean. I felt like my stuff was very secure. The facility is also centrally located near main roads and a major highway. Thank you storage ETC. for a rewarding storage experience.

It is nice to get professional and friendly service, every time I call. My questions always answered right away. I called around, before finding this agency. This agency is knowledgeable and always gets me the best value. I have been working with Toni. She is awesome. However, I sure they are all superb. I would highly recommend them to my friend and family.
