  My first apartment and I love it! Great maintenance, great office staff, and great all around!

  I’ve lived at Deertree going on one year. I love the community. The grounds are palatial and well maintained. They community is very family friendly and racially diverse. It’s like a small melting pot. I’ve never had any “real” issues with the resident service office and feel they are professional, timely and efficient. They two small trivial issues that have risen in my time here thus far have been handled in a timely manner, respectfully and within my and my neighbors best interest.
  
  They seasonal pool is an absolute bonus and it’s never crowded. I don’t have small children but the playground is well maintained and looks like great fun. We have a picnic and bbq area available to residents who want to cookout. There is also a party room available to rent for bdays or whatever. The only wish I have is a gym, then we would be all inclusive!
  
  Having lived in two other apartment complexes sometimes mice can be an issue. The management office has gone above and beyond to tackle this issue in the year that I’ve been here. I think the importance here is constantly keeping a open line of communication, with not only your residents service team but neighbors. You are sharing a common building and their living situation can absolutely effect yours.
  
  I love that the rent includes bg&e, water and trash. Having done my research before choosing Deertree, many complexes in the area have additional hidden charges for water and trash. Isn’t that the point of choosing to live in an apt is that those nickel and dime charges fall within rent and not another bill in the mailbox??
  
  I am very happy here at Deertree and know apartment living is different then living in a house. Do your research and choose wisely. I know I did!! ????

  This is a nice community. It’s very affordable and walking distance to every store I frequent. The pool is perfect in the summer. I have no problem going to office and dropping off my rent check as they are all pleasant and kind. The bookkeeper is hilarious and has gone out of her way to come pick up my rent check when I was too sick to walk to the office since I don’t have a car. I felt at home the moment I filled out my rental application. The office is full of joy and they all seem like family not co workers. They address all my concerns immediately and are extremely professional. This will be my last apartment till I purchase my home ????
