(August 10, 2018, 12:53 pm)As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the quality, turnaround time, and packaging. I ordered over 20 different 11x14 images on their different papers. They all were exceptional, but I and others really loved some of my street art images that were metallic prints. I'm excited about ordering more from them in the near future. P.S. some of the negative reviews are from people who clearly didn't follow ordering instructions or didn't crop their images correctly...

They arrive packaged very securely and in a timely manner. I do feel the website could be a bit more user friendly. (so, maybe 4.5 stars?) Will always use them for my most prized photos.
