I was skeptical of CC of M due to lack of reviews, I'd never heard of them until I needed them. They claimed to be able to help with the deductible and a lifetime warranty so I took the risk. My car looks better than the incident that started all of this and I seriously wasn't on the hook for the deductible. The loaner IS charged to insurance, I don't love the use of the word "free" as it relies on your policy covering it, but that's a minor detail. The loaner was not without flaws, it wasn't the most convenient vehicle to drive, but it was temporary, practical, and cost-free.

The employees are friendly, the shop did a fantastic job, and I saved money. I would absolutely go with Collision Concierge of Maryland again.

Collision Concierge lives up to its name! My husband’s car was hit by a tractor trailer on the rear quarter panel of the driver side. We had just taken a hit by the tax man and were low on funds and wondering if we would have to charge the deductible as the driver did not have insurance. That’s when I heard the radio ad for Collision Concierge – they will pay your deductible? and give you a free rental car? Too good to be true right? Wrong! They do everything as advertised and the car came back looking like it never happened. Thank you Steven and Joanne! – Cindi & Jack S.
