I showed up to hopefully take the tire off and have it plugged, but Isuzu does not provide a lug wrench. I Googled mobile tire repair and found Mikes. One word - Amazing. Mike was out to my truck in 15 min, had the tire off, repaired it, filled all my other tires and replaced a faulty valve stem in another tire within 30 min.
