From the time I was greeted with the most bubbly, friendly Hello. Her energy is amazing & even the lady in front of me complimented her. I used to work retail for over 10years & I wish I had someone like her as a coworker. People take the time to complain but never to notice hard workers and those who are just naturally kind and professional. Mia needs a higher position! “I have had several great experiences at this store since the reopening. The staff is so helpful and friendly; yesterday morning I went in for a quick breakfast sandwich, and before I could even ask if they had more of a certain kind, this lady, (all the regulars were calling "Ma"), asked me what I was looking for, went to the counter and ordered for me, helped and greeted, everyone who came in, emptied trash and tidied the coffee area...she was amazing! All of the other staff is equally friendly and helpful, and although I don't go there often, I recognize some as having been there for years, and that is a great sign for any business, in my opinion.”
