It takes a lot of time for a hearing test and the dr was very thoral. Their equipment was new and my grandmother was able to understand the lady's instruction. Come to think of it, the room was a sound room, not telephone booth! There was a sense of being understaffed but the service was still good. There cost truly is 2-4 thousand less then others.”
