“all though they have help several children including on of my two who had reside in there facility I have my opinion. My youngest child has learned a lot from his visit yes he has been readmitted but his struggles just needs more safer environment to help him . My oldest was there for 15 months came home and didn't show any changes matter of fact he learned new bad behaviors they behaviors and explicit them constantly to a appoint that I had to make decision to try it again. He was entered in they're pilot program which in long run is a good program but it wasn't for him. He continue to act little appropriate inside there facility will come home and act out bad where police was called numerous times even when there staff was there they had me call the police. but then two weeks later they thought he was stable enough to go home. while the whole time they thought it was me not my child so they did not treat his behaviors they pity him. they didn't believe me at all. So now he been through 3 foster homes currently in a group home . I feel they did him wrong.. my suggestions to the facility listen to the parents and caregivers .”

“We were lucky to find this place for our father who is a retired physician. While my father has been in this country for over 50 years, the Korean food, tv station, newspaper and other residents is a great comfort to him. The nursing and tech staff is communicative and atttentive. They work well as a team, which allows them to be very effective when caring for my dad. It is well-managed and organized. Visiting is easy and enjoyable. The facilities are clean and modern. Minor repairs are addressed quickly. It’s a great comfort to know that he’s being cared for.”

“Just moved to the Baltimore area and was referred to Dr. Evans from a Co-worker. My girlfriend and I had our first appointment and was blown away by how amazing the hygienist and doctor were. The hygienist was so gentle and talked to you the whole time about what she was doing and how long she would be on each area. “This guy is legit and this place is great. I went here today for the very first time and had a wonderful 60 minute massage with deep tissue and aromatherapy. I've had many massages over the past 25+ years and have to say that this was one of the best I've ever had! Emil is incredibly knowledgable, very nice and super professional. He's very respectful, enthusiastic and passionate about what he does and it shows. Before the treatment, we discussed my issues or problems (in my case, migraine headaches, sinus headaches, tight shoulders and neck tension) and what I was hoping to treat. He also lets you know what products he's going to use. During the massage, he made sure to check in with me about the pressure, how I was feeling, etc., and when I left, I felt like a new person. I didn't want to leave. I plan on going back as soon as I can and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. It's 20 minutes each way from my house in the middle of the day but the massage was so great that the transit time isn't an issue at all. If you're looking for a great massage at a reasonable price, this is the place. There's a free parking lot next to it so parking isn't a problem.”

“A great facility! Pivot has a wide range of equipment and therapy options. The therapists are very personable; caring about your condition, well-being, and how well the program is working for you. They are gentle but effective at their job. My daughter is progressing great under the care of Brian and Lindsey. They treat us more like friends than patients. Scheduling is easy. There wasn't a long wait for a new patient appointment. Once established, the scheduling is flexible. It has been very easy to schedule follow up therapy appointments. The front desk receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful. She's assisted with insurance claims and helped when we received an insurance denial due to an error. The office is clean and well kept. They clean after each patient. All loose items are safely stored. I would highly recommend Pivot! It's the perfect mix of modern technology, traditional treatments, great staffing, and effective therapy.”
