“We have had BGE home for many years and have always been impressed with the quick response we get if we need service. Yesterday we called late in the day for service , and they gave us an appointment for today. they said they work late and low and behold....a tech came about 8:00 pm. Even though I’m sure he was exhausted, tech William Rappold came in and was polite, knowledgeable, and great at his job. He worked his repairmen magic and within a half hour he was done and our heat was once again working. Our bill would’ve been $528 without the BGE home warranty! We were so glad we were covered by this policy and very happy with the outcome.”

All of our heart break, worries and difficulty living in a home under such major construction were soothed and made easier with this team on the job. This was a long term project due to the extent of the damage. The coordination and quality of work is top notch. The team worked diligently to put our home back together with quality materials and workmanship. I was confident that they would restore our home to it's previous condition and they did. It is more beautiful than before. We look forward to having them back to complete renovations on 4 bathrooms, kitchen, basement and build a new porch. “My wife and I had a Groundhog living under our deck in our brand new house. It wasn't a huge problem, but our dogs were trying very hard to make it one. We called Shumaker's Animal Control and spoke directly to the owner. He was out the same day a set 2 humane traps in our yard. It wasn't 4 hours and the chubby guy was caught. I called to let them know it was trapped and they waisted no time retrieving the traps. The groundhog was relocated on a huge property in Baltimore County, this made my wife and I feel much better the way this guy was handled. They were fast and affordable and I would certainly recommend these folks! Good peeps!!”
