“We had a water heater fail and started leaking in the late afternoon. I called Air Plumbing Heating Solutions and they explained how to shut the water off over the phone. James came out first thing in the morning. They gave me a simple quote from their rate book, removed the old water heater, picked up a new one, installed it and charged my card all within about 2 hours. Both James and his assistant (I can't remember his name!) were fantastic. They communicated in advance, arrived punctually, explained everything thoroughly, kept the workspace clean and made some recommendations for future cost savings. I don't know if this company is the cheapest, but I'd prefer the confidence of a trustworthy team and quality of service and workmanship over price any day. I also appreciate that they do plumbing and HVAC. Highly recommended! Thanks James and team!”
