“Wonderful people and great customer service! My daughter was driving alone, many hours from home, on crutches, and her check engine light came on and her car started shaking. She was trying to meet a friend south of Baltimore and needed to have the car repaired in that vicinity. I did a web search and found this 5 star location, with great reviews AND they were open until 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. They were very honest and helpful and made me feel so much better about the fact that they would be there to help when my daughter arrived. And, her experience there was phenomenal. Lessons are tailored to her, include music reading practice, theory and music games. Each week we get a list of goals to work for in the upcoming week. Also valuable are the group lessons that help the students learn general music skills. My daughter really enjoys learning piano from Dr. Lahan and we have been very happy with her progress. We would definitely recommend him.”

My repair was covered under my home warranty. Tri-County employee, Ron, was very patient and spoke with warranty company about repair and got an approval. Work was then completed within a couple hours. Even though warranty covered repair, cost was still very reasonable. Will definitely use Tri-County again for any future plumbing work!”
