Greeted by Heather at reception with a warm friendly welcome and good clear and friendly conversation. Wait time was 30 min less than estimated and the service techs were safe, fast and professional. Also enjoyed conversations with a gentleman from Wilkes-Barre training for management. Good luck & Thanks guys and gals. From 3 to 5 stars!!! ”
