“I've been having my car serviced by a Toyota dealer for some 4 years now, and always working through them. Every estimate always came back a bit higher than anticipated; every time it went in for a simple oil change, there was something found. In short -- it became way too expensive. Several friends recommended Ed's Garage in Hereford, and last year I took the risk of trying Ed's out. I'm glad I did. Dickie (the service manager) and his crew do an incredible job of servicing vehicles of all types. They are no nonsense and know their stuff. There aren't mysterious mark-ups on parts or labor. They know the local community and are able to get parts within the same day if needed. When they weren't able to find a part, they even allowed me to buy it off of eBay and have them install it. While the dealership may have a high end waiting room with TVs and wi-fi and free coffee, most of that is being paid for by you. Save yourself the time, money and hassle, and give Ed's a chance.”
