“Recently got a couples massage done and it was amazing! I had Melissa and she was wonderful! So sweet and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. This was my 3rd professional massage (all at different locations) and I have body image issues so that really meant a lot to me that she was so patient and able to make me not feel self conscious. I get some pretty serious knots in my shoulders from stress and she was able to work them out really well with a mix of different techniques and levels of pressure! She asked at the begining what my goal was to get out of the session and I said I wanted to feel like Jell-O lol. Let me tell you, I did and I wish I felt like that all the time! I especially love the hot stones, I had never had that part done before but let me tell you, it was definitely worth it! My boyfriend was really happy with the woman that did his massage at well, I don't remember her name but she was also very nice! I will definitely be back again for Melissa and would recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing, custom massage (especially first timers or non-regulars that might be a little nervous)! Next time, I think I'll try the full body scrub she was telling me about!!!”

“I have been trying to find a new hair salon and I think I've found it here at Roula's! I called for a same-day appointment for a women's haircut on Friday, and I was able to be seen by Maria. Once I sat down in Maria's chair, we went over what I was looking for and I told her some of my hair concerns (oiliness and frizz). She took her time and did a detox shampoo, shampoo, and conditioned my hair. I told her how I struggled to find a good dry shampoo that wouldn't make my scalp tender and sore, and she gave me suggestions. The conversation was very friendly throughout, and Maria gave me some hair and styling tips as well. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! She was able to trim my hair without taking too much off the length, and she gave me texture and style back. I 110% recommend Maria, and I will be back for when I need another trim! :)”

“Loved visiting this park ever since I was young and saw the ownership transition from Baltimore City to County along with the changes that came with it. The scenery here is beautiful throughout the season and the trails are super accessible for most people. The Nature Center (with a restroom), picnic tables, gazebos, and playgrounds are nice additions to the park for a family-friendly outing. The park rangers are super helpful and nice to visitors of the park if you need directions to a trail or just answering general questions. There’s lots to do at the park from hiking, visiting the dog park, photographing wildlife, and fishing on the lake. As far as fishing goes, you can catch bluegill, sunfish, crappie, largemouth bass, bullhead catfish and carp. Fishing here can be good at times and there are different species to catch year round. For being located right on the Baltimore City-County border this park has lots to offer as far as outdoor activities.”
