(October 23, 2018, 7:36 pm)Great camping spot and terrific trails. Rare spot you can hike, bike or horseback most of the trails. Can combine loops to get 20+ miles in or just take some shorter routes depending on what you want to do.

(October 5, 2018, 6:45 pm)This place is quiet during the weekdays come closer to the weekend more families arrive. Nice nature trails walking or biking. There is a day fee if you're here for a calm and relaxing walk. The rv and camping pads are spacious and level.

(October 1, 2018, 6:48 pm)Wonderful Maryland State Park - $3 per vehicle honor system payment is totally worth it for the well maintained and clearly blazed trails. Clean portajohns and easily navigated using AllTrails app. The state of Maryland is so weird about not making maps available for free. Sure if you want printed version, pay, but should be able to get trail maps online for free. Anyway, plenty of good hiking at this forrest.

(July 11, 2018, 3:44 pm)Went for a ride with my family. Its amazing how close we were to the city, yet felt like we were out in the woods far away from civilization. Mother nature was at her best. Very beatuful, can't wait to go back in the fall and see all the different colors on the trees.
