I have a newborn son and she is very cautious and proactive about treatments. He caught a little virus and she saw me the day I called, within two hours and had her staff call me first thing the next morning to follow up. As a paranoid new mother, she saw me again the very next day when his temperature went up slightly, and waived my copay. Never once did she act put out or make me feel bad for calling. She also allowed us to use a room to feed him before we left and took his temp one last time and showed us how to use a suction bulb with saline for his congestion. Her father was my pediatrician and I loved him. I chose her because of him and I definitely made the best choice.
She is very thorough and cares about her patients. Staff is always nice and it's the only doctors office I've ever been to that is right on time with my appointments. We never have to wait, which is what all pediatricians should strive for considering they deal with little kids with a lot of energy or kids that dont feel good and would be miserable waiting in an office for their appointment. Nothing but good things to say about this doctor and her staff.
Excellent and friendly staff. Dr Hawit is great with my kids. Puts them at ease and is very kind. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. Have had great experiences here.
