  We had a great experience buying a used car at Bayside after just moving to Maryland! No one was pushy or fake or any of the other negative attributes I tend to associate with car salesman. In fact, they were the complete opposite - Becca and the manager were exceptionally likeable and friendly, and helped make the car buying experience more comfortable than I thought it could be. The prices were very fair, especially since when we drove away we knew the condition of the car had been brought to a high standard with new tires, brakes, oil changed, etc., plus their lifetime engine guarantee. We feel like we got a good deal without the awkward haggling, and when we were undecided they helped us out by giving us a decent value for our trade that could not pass the Maryland state inspection. We felt totally at home there and will not hesitate to go back when we upgrade our second vehicle.

  Wonderful experience here over many years. I had previously sold my Toyota Tundra outright to Bayside a few years back, and also gotten my 2008 Corvette z06 inspected through them for another sale. Everything has been handled diligently through them, and thanks Jim for your great work. I also know that Bayside has gone the extra length over the years to service members of my family well even after the sale of vehicle(s).
  
  Ultimately, I returned this time to buy a used Toyota Corolla. The experience was great. Thank you Jessica and Brittany for answering all of my questions and assisting so well with the process. I needed a reliable and quick turnaround as a replacement to one of my personal vehicles and Bayside was definitely the place to go. Also, the options they provided were worthwhile compared to my other dealership experiences, both locally and out of state. Regards

  Sean Mason definitely helped my wife and myself with one of the best car buying experiences we have had. From the initially contact via email with him, we never felt any of the typical pressure you usually feel from a car salesman that tries to just get you in the door. He definitely understood my families needs and went above and beyond to help us. This car buying experience was great from beginning to end even with the finance manager. My wife and myself were treated like family and excellent customer service.
  
  The only thing that was the wait to get to the finance manager (which was not all in their control) but they helped make up for it with their constant communication and hospitality.
