Very great gym, the people are nice, service is good. The equipment is also very good, they have nearly everything you would need, usually not too crowded, and you don't feel nervous, embarrassed, or unwelcome while exercising
Some of the equipment is older. But they also have a new area. The kids care is farther put than I'd like but my son loves it there. Its organized. They do a great job of listing classes for the month.
This place is like a sanitary for me, o go here to release stress and better myself, great for people looking for something to do!!!
What I like best about this gym that made me decide to stay a member for quite some time now despite being previously a member of another gym is the fact that they are never crowded. There always seems to be enough space and the pieces of equipment they have seem to be quite sufficient.
