  Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of variety. Just about anything you could need for small projects around the house.

  I gave 5 stars because the store is great. But the older looking black haired woman at the register is rude. I've been in there a few times over the last week and she's been sullen and curt toward me in general. But today I tried to buy bolts she didn't know the price of the bolts and instead of checking, she tried to make me go do it. On top of the borderline rudeness, there was NO notification to price check my own bolts at the display where they're kept. This lady stands out from the rest of the staff because of her attitude. I'm not coming back for a while. I'd bet she's happy about that but she costed this place a sale today with her unwillingness to just provide basic assistance. I could have told her any price I wanted for those bolts so I'd keep an eye on her if I were you. Who knows what prices she's selling your merchandise for when she relies on the customer to tell her the prices. Uncool, unprofessional. If she doesn't like working in a hardware store she should find a different job.

  I love this hardware store! Locally owned staffed by local people and they almost always have what I need or they can get it!

  Staff is great. Needed a grill last minute and they even delivered and set up for my sister and brother-in-law. Great selection. Exceptional customer service.
