  After calling two other places and never receiving a call back, I looked again and found Jimmys Septic Service. I left a message and had a return phone call within the hour, was able to schedule a time for him to come out and locate my septic, plus pump it out. He located it immediately. I have nothing but good to say about my experience start to finish.

  It was his wife's courteous manner (while on the phone scheduling my appointment)that sold me prior to the service. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable & professional. I am very pleased with my services!

  This guy is awesome! He came out the same day I called him to service our septic tank! He's a really hard worker and knows what he's doing! He's the one you want to call!

  Call back was quick. Woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and made me very confident the service would be great. I wasn't disappointed. Jimmy arrived timely, found the septic access immediately, and finished quickly. There wasn't a long wait time for the appt, as some other places stated a month out. Jimmy was also very informative and gave helpful tips for septic maintenance. Highly recommend .

  Jimmy came out to our house within fifteen minutes of calling him! He pumped our tank within safe levels and evaluated the problem, giving us a lot of helpful suggestions & guidance for how to proceed with repairs & tank replacement. He was here for over an hour, and in the end when it was obvious the problem was MUCH worse than we thought, he didn't charge us a cent. Super decent guy, and we will definitely be calling him for any septic maintenance from now on.
