(December 28, 2018, 12:43 pm)Doc. Goodman was very good with my five year old and took the time to rule out possible issues like streptococcus, the flu or ear infection.
I have been several times and never had issues. I would obviously not go for emergency care needing life saving or limb saving issues. -

The staff was VERY professional and explained every step , and very informative when other patients had a question. Today was the best experience yet & my kids love the "electric " ice-pops
( Sqwincher electrolyte pops) !

(December 7, 2018, 12:28 pm)I was welcomed in with smiling faces. The two staff members at the desk, shannon and Melissa,were helpful with registration. Leslie took me to triage and was very friendly and seemed generally concerned. The MA, Melissa, obtained my strep test and put me to ease about my issues with it. The provider I saw, Bernadette, was EXTREMELY nice and thorough. She explained everything and got me in and out in a timely manner. Because of my experience, I will always use ChoiceOne Urgent Care and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!!
