    Top of the line knowledge and customer service. You'd be hard pressed to find another company who cares about firearms and helping potential buyers as these guys.

    I've had nothing but good experiences here. I did a couple internet transfers and each was quick and easy. The owner is extremely knowledgeble and helpful. Best gunshop I've come across in MD!

    Called and walked in to get some sights installed for my pistol since I didn't have the necessary tools, gentleman was very polite and installed them perfectly in no time

    These guys are the best. Mike and Ken are just good old boys who have always been helpful and polite, and those things are in short supply in local gunshops in this area. Every one Ive been in since moving here 5 years ago has left me leaving saying to myself that Ill never gi back, except BAA. Mike and Ken have always taken time to thuroughly answer any question I posed, and answered honestly and listened patiently and without any condescension like all the other ones around here. I mean everybody else treats you like youre an idiot if you have trouble navigating all the moronic and often contradictory laws here and they like to act like theyre the police.
    My most recent visit found me purchasing a BCM lower and there was some issue about getting the lower I wanted since Paul Bafoni doesnt like to ship to states that throws a yoke of oppression on its citizens the way maryland does and it required some effort on Mikes part to figure out how to get what I bought to me and he did. He explained what he had to do to get the BCM lower shipped to him and I have serious doubts that I would have gotten it at another dealer.
    Really folks, we all need to stand together these days and with the way Ive been received at so many other shops here, its no wonder why were going down. Please take some lessons from Mike and Ken at BlackAnchorArmory.

    When it comes to customer service, OfficeMax can't be beat! The staff is incredibly welcoming and management is amazing. It's obvious that they create goals for themselves and man do they do a great job achieving those goals. Everything there is so neat and organized and I would recommend it to anyone for anything including back to school supplies to just buying a laptop. On top of the amazing customer service, they are willing to price match anyone, even Amazon! No more long shipping times for me!
