  I manage carnival equipment for a show that travels. I never leave reviews on the Internet, but this guy Will deserves my attention Year after year, I find myself going out of my way to his shop. He designs, fabricates, and welds my problems away. I started with him because he's easy going, confident, and honest. He tells me when it's not getting done tomorrow. He's going to get it done right. His pricing is more than reasonable in my humble experience. If you give this guy's shop a down review, you probably didn't like the sign in the office accepting gold or ammo as payment!!!!

  Will is great, really knows his stuff, got plow, bulk spreader and a tailgate spreader and install was fast, neat, flawless, and he did a great job explaining all the details, operations, maintainence needed.
  
  Pricing was very competitive on top of the great service.

  Drove an hour and half to buy a plow from Extreme Fabrications, well let me tell everyone it was well worth it. Will was so knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to both my wife and myself. He really showed passion and support for what he does. On the way home the wife and I were talking about how nice and helpful Will was at the time of the sale. It's what Will did after the sale that will make me become a return customer. We had a minor issue with the plow the following day (Saturday) wife called and talked with Will and his response says it all for this company, Will told her he closes at 1 and will be at my house shortly after to fix the issue. We not only was Will here, he was here going over everything again and helping me get the truck set up. ALL FIXED. Customer Service is always a plus, and with Will you will get Great Customer Service. Pizza will be delivered on Saturday, You Guys Rock!!!

  I first met Wil of Xtreme Fabrication (New Windsor, MD) when I showed him pictures of a plow in pieces that my son Steven had bought. Even though there was no sale involved he took the time to look at my photos, tell me what model I had and what parts were missing or damaged and direct me to Western's website to get more detailed information. I couldn't bring the PU truck to him because it wasn't tagged and was only going to be used to clear our farm lane. After doing some minor welding and getting it installed back on the truck, the hand held controller was not to be working. Again he took time out of his busy day and looked at my controller. Even though the cord didn't seem damaged he suggested I try replacing the cable ($40.00 item) instead of buying a new controller ($350.00 item). To my delight the replacement cord solved the problem. He seems to be very honest and helpful to anyone that has to do maintenance on snow related equipment. Yes I have read another review that spoke “harshly and recommend to go elsewhere”. This is not my impression of the owner at all. I will be a returning customer and will recommend them.
