  My experience at Century Ford was excellent. The sales department was very responsive to questions I had, and there was never any pressure to make a decision on the purchase. Very friendly atmosphere. The dealership looked out for me too when there was a question on whether the vehicle was actually available from one of their associated sites. I would highly recommend Century Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I am very happy with the vehicle, the price, and the entire experience.

  Century is one of the best Ford dealers in the metro area...I've been to plenty of them. They keep pricing up front and have an extensive knowledge base of every vehicle they sell - I've been surprised how many dealers in the area don't know much about what they're trying to sell you. On the service side, they are outstanding. The service manager is personable and very attentive to any issues you might have. I can't recommend Century enough for purchasing or servicing your Ford vehicle.

  I have bought my third vehicle from Century this past weekend and I absolutely love it! The level of customer service we get each time is why my husband and I keep returning. Mike Kelly has always taken care of us and making sure we always walked out happy. Our sales associate Austin to the finance manager Dave, they were great very patient even though we closed down the dealership. Mike and his team made sure any and all of our questions were answered. I absolutely love my new Ford Expedition that is going to be great for our growing family! I will continue to come back to get my vehicles from Mike and the Century Ford family and will refer my friends and family as well.

  I was very impressed with everyone at Century ford. From our amazing sales guy Alex all the way through to the finance manager. Alex treated us with respect and helped answer any and all questions. He worked around the clock to get us exactly what we wanted. He spent hours with us the day of the sale and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Alex and everyone over at Century ford. Thank you all.

  They take care of me and my Focus so far. Scheduling service can be done online or by phone as well as in person. I did online and it took about a minute. I got daily reminders about my upcoming appointment and I was even able to change the time online without an issue. Friendly staff too. Jason left me a voice message that detailed exactly what was found on my car as well as the recommended actions. Service with a smile from start to finish. Highly recommended. I drive there from Frederick because they treat me well.
