  What a wonderful place! Our church is very active in visiting local seniors in nursing homes and assisted livings, and we always get a warm welcome and appreciation from the staff and residents. We always look forward to going back again.

  Dad was there for Rehab after a fall at home, then he went to the assisted living there. It was very clean and everyone was so friendly and genuine, from Chuck in admissions to Alvin the bus driver. I would highly recommend.

  My uncle was here about 10 years ago and I remember then while visiting him the staff was genuinely caring and friendly and the community was clean and well kept. On a recent visit here, I was pleased to see that the same holds true still today. I spoke to quite a few residents and they said they were very happy there and well cared for. Having been in the senior care industry for the past 5 years I see and hear a lot of the negatives of different senior living communities, so it is refreshing to see that Lorien Mt Airy appears to have set the bar for other communities!

Lorien Mt. Airy's Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Unit provide short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational and speech therapy services. In addition, the Medical Specialty Unit provides ventilator care , tracheostomy care , IV therapy, wound care and 24-hour nursing and respiratory staffing.
