“I was rear ended 2 months ago, everywhere i went thought i was faking, probably because i was dressed in old clothes and didnt have my dentures in, well first off i dress in old clothes cause i own an oil change shop, and as far as my dentures, i only wear them out with my family. The first hospital i went to i told them my right shoulder to my wrist is in horrible pain, they said ya ok and xrayd my shoulder and gave me a pamphlet about shoulder pain, another one said i had muscle strain, finnaly i had a dr xray my neck and do an MRI needless to say i have 2 herniated discs in my neck c5 c6 c6 c7 im scared as hell of surgery, this dr rao spent xtra time with me even though his waiting room was full as can be. We talked about the shot in my neck and the risks. I a grown man teared up because i just want my young kids to have a dad that can still play with them. He was so kind to listen and prescribed me medication to help. I really appreciate him and his staff was awesome. Thank you so much Dr Rao. I feel like im in good hands and looking forward to my shot on the 15th”

“Having plumbing issues two days after Christmas isn't something anyone wants to deal with. However, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and the technician (Chad) came quickly, he was friendly and took the time to explain everything. Most importantly, he did an excellent job. We had another plumbing issue today that was caused by the clean up service and we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and specifically asked for Chad. He game out and again provided excellent service. We strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but we highly recommend Chad. He is great!”

“I contacted Beau Campbell in the sales dept, I was looking for a new truck. He asked me what i needed and what I wanted in a new truck. When I arrived he had a truck pulled around front with dealer plates already on it and FULL of gas. After the test drive I test drove a different truck and looked at several others with Beau. After a short amount of time I decided to purchase the truck Beau had picked out due to my needs and wants. Beau had picked out the perfect 1. Then Dan the sales manager handled the financing for me with precision and ease. The Dealership was very nice and easy to find. We drove 1 1/2 hours 1 way to get there. Beau made sure my family had a nice cool drink while they waited. Beau will be the first person I call when I need to trade again. Only gave 5 stars because that is the most allowed!”
