  Have not been seen in the office yet, but Parker was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the stress out of scheduling an urgent appointment, answered all my insurance and procedure concerns. The front reception staff is a huge reflection on the doctor him/herself. While no one really likes to have to see a 'dental specialist', looking forward to meeting the doctor. Thank you! Parker went above and beyond.

  I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Stanton and the staff at Carroll County Dental Specialists today. I can describe my visit in one word - PHENOMENAL!!!
  I normally have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist - but the minute I walked into that office - I could tell this experience was going to be different! Starting with the warm genuine greeting from the front desk staff - straight thru the sweet ladies who handled my paperwork at the end - PHENOMENAL!! I was treated like I had been part of their family for YEARS and this was my first visit! Thank you Dr. Stanton and all of the amazing, caring staff!!!
  HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!! ❤️????❤️????

  This was my daughter's first appointment-she is 2.5 years old. The staff was very amiable. Sarah took the time to show my daughter all of the dental tools and even used my daughter's Minnie Mouse for demonstration. Dr. Biggs was very friendly with her approach to my daughter's first visit. Amber was very considerate to help out with entertaining my 7 month old so I could sit in the chair with my daughter while she had her teeth cleaned. I was very pleased with the teamwork and efficiency. We look forward to future visits!

  We absolutely love Dr. Biggs and the staff here including Amber and Sarah. They are friendly and wonderful with my children for all of their cleanings and dental work. Each of them put my children at ease which calms me! The office is extremely clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend Carroll County Dental Specialists.

  I was very nervous about taking my 3-year-old and my 10-month-old in for their first appointment (ever) at the same time, by myself. The staff was wonderful - they know how to speak to and handle young children. My 3-year-old is usually very uncomfortable in situations like this, but he had no issues at all during the appointment. The staff took their time explaining the process and tools in a kid friendly way. Thank you for making my son's first experience a great one - he is SO excited to use the items in his goodie bag :D
