(September 29, 2018, 7:51 pm)I went to the Eldersburg location today with a complex problem. My old LG3 phone would not stay connected to wifi or do much of anything after it crashed. I was using it as a paperweight/alarm clock for 3 days. I can't rave enough about the service I received from Josh Martin and Rob. They found ways to troubleshoot and load 4 years of photos and videos onto my new Galaxy S8...which I would have been very upset to lose. Josh spent 3 hours with me and the level of patience he had was incredible for such a young person. He uploaded all my favorite apps and games and showed me how to operate a new system. My new phone makes me happy again. I will definitely be back with any issues I may have. Thanks Josh & Rob! :)
