  We had Genesis replace hardwood and carpet floors with bamboo and tile floors in a 25yo house. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Gene went out of his way to help us find a replacement for our original choice of bamboo flooring when the vendor unexpectedly stopped manufacturing that color. The installation crew was conscientious and professional through the entire job.

  **FINAL UPDATE**
  It took a few months, but the flooring has been repaired. The installation crew is fantastic, and Mr. Kaplan made good on his promise. I'm sure not all installations go this way, given the reviews here on Google; however, mine did. I'm glad he made it right, I am happy to see someone stand behind their company with integrity. Thank you for making it right!
  
  **UPDATE**
  Michael Kaplan, the owner of Genesis, has reached out to me and wants to make things right. I'm impressed with his absolute willingness to do so and will update again when we're finished. Nice to deal with a business owner that wants to do the right thing.
  
  I went to Genesis based on the 4.7 star review here on Google. And may I say that I am happy that those reviewers had such a positive experience; unfortunately, I did not. Trust me..if you want miscommunication and frustration, this is your place.

  I would like to highly recommend Gene at Genesis. We are building a home in Wisconsin and even though we would not be able to buy our flooring from this store, Gene took a lot of time to explain the different options to us, and to recommend the most dog-resistant solutions for us. We greatly appreciate him taking so much time for us and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for new flooring.

  Our retail store used Genesis Flooring America in Skyesville to redo just over 4,000 feet of flooring. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Gene helped me pick the best tile for our location and the install team is fantastic. They clearly know what they are doing and I honestly have to say it was perfect. The pricing was very fair and reasonable as well. We fully intend to work with them as we continue to renovate the rest of the building. I would highly recommend them for commercial or residential use. Great company!

  Gene at Genesis Flooring was responsive and accommodating. We purchased carpet for our new home before the sale was final. The carpet was held in the warehouse until we had a closing date and then the installation was scheduled quickly and efficiently to ensure that we could move in as soon as possible.
  
  Genesis also helped us get our last home spruced up to sell with some carpet repairs.
  
  Always professional and prompt. We will absolutely return to Genesis Flooring in the future.
