Very professional and always willing to be on-call for what you need. Randy McDole has insisted on tailoring policy details with the major companies to get the coverage that I need. As recent as November, he helped us by referring for wedding venue coverage. I can’t speak enough good things about them. Don’t trust the short reviews that don’t give any detail. Go with McDole if you can.

(July 17, 2017, 10:36 am)I am a small business owner and have multiple policies with McDole Edge. Not only did they do a great job of finding me the best rate, but the customer service is excellent. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, but there is more than that. They are always ready to answer a question, offer advice and go the extra mile to help me make good decisions.
Recently I had a particularly troublesome issue when the leasing company that handles my fleet of trucks made a paperwork error. It was a big mess. Randy stepped in and worked with me step by step to get everything straightened out. Customer service above and beyond what I could hope for! -
