She is supportive and offers some fantastic market and experienced advice when it is most needed. Is also very timely with her responses and flexes to needs whenever possible. I have known and been a client of Amy's for around 4-5 years now and can't say enough amazing things about her! Thank you Amy for all your help - I couldn't have done it without you!!

(April 30, 2018, 9:28 pm)My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers, and we could not have asked for a better home buying experience with Amy Pelletier. We worked with Amy over the course of a couple of months (relatively short months that felt much longer for anyone trying to buy or sell a home), and she was amazing. We put several offers in on houses that were unfortunately not accepted, which was obviously frustrating as newbies to this whole process. However, Amy stayed optimistic and kept taking us out to see new properties every weekend until we found the perfect one for us. Now we own an amazing home in the exact location that we wanted (that also cooperated very well with our budget), and we couldn't have done it without Amy. We would highly recommend her and the entire D'Anthony Group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We still haven't purchased it due to lease constraints on the property that we rent, but she's working real hard on assisting us with negotiating with the property owners (both where we rent and where we want to buy). She follows up and keeps me on task, which is just what I need! I would recommend her and this group to anyone!
