I have been coming here (& Mt. Airy location) for years after searching for a decent primary doctor. Every single person I have dealt with has been pleasant & professional. A couple of the nurse practitioners left over the years & I was so worried about getting someone new. Crystal saw me last time I was there & she was wonderful, I have no complaints at all. I have horrible anxiety about doctors & exams but I always feel comfortable here & well taken care of. Not sure why anyone would speak poorly of this office.
This practice is a well rounded environment who treat their patients kindly. The staff is the sweetest. As I am in the medical field myself, it is rewarding to see other medical staff treating patients in way I would want to be treated and how I treat my own patients. I take my son there and they know how to respond to a shy and scared 3 year old. He leaves there giggling and smiling. That means a lot to me.
Others who report nothing but slander on here from the “gossip girls” are pretty immature. It takes a whole lot from a person to be in the medical field. As a “medical family” we respect and care for others because this is not just a job it’s a passion. Be thankful to have people like us and stop being so damn rude.
