  I have had to visit the Carroll county department of socical services throughout the years and Usually never have an issue with anyone. I dislike the idea of the number we now have to call going to Baltimore . When you call Blatimore for any type of benefit answers its like calling a lettuce bowl and if your little peice of lettuce is picked up great! If not, your piece goes in the trash or may be visited another time. Now, im sure this idea did not originally mean to start out this way but the more hands that go into the pot, the harder it is to get what is needed done compleate.I would like to point out this one employee from Carroll County Detp. Of Social Services that not once, but Twice has helped my family because of lack of either information being passed back and forth in appropriately or it has been over looked or what have you. This employee I wasnt to shout her name out loud is, Mrs. Sweet!! She certainly has herself together and is a very mature woman that was made by GOD himself to help people in need. She is very knowledgeable,
  She can suggest many other resources for help and will follow through with what she says she will do Everytime! God has put her on this earth for a reason and by GOD she is using her reason to her fullest potential! If it were not for her, I would have had to go through this Holiday worrying how I was going to have enough food for my granchildren and family because we are just sitting on a hard times right now and some how my paperwork was mixed in the works! I will for ever be in debited to this woman and if ever one day GOD Blesses me to return a favor like she has me, I will definitely do so! She will be the very first person I will think of! Thank you Mrs Sweet, God Bless you in many, many ways! Keep passing that positive attitude with you and please pass it on to others. If we had more people in the world like this woman our world would NEVER be in the shape its is currently in! Again Thank You and May God Bless You with everything you do!!! ❤ Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to you!!!

  I had a 4 min wait and got my call answered. The lady I was talking to was very helpful! She answered every question and went beyond. Their customer service is great!
