  Great experience. Friendly staff that make me feel like a valued customer. They remember my name each time I come in. Seth is a great guy and cares about every person that shops there.

  Shipley’s is the place to go for all your jewelry needs, especially custom work.
  I wanted a bezel added to my vintage sapphire and diamond ring. They had to send the ring out for this work. I was confident that my ring was in good hands. They called with information from the designer and kept me informed regarding the progress of the work.
  The workmanship is perfect and no one would know that the ring has been reworked. It is beautiful. I have received so many compliments.
  I love it!
  The staff at Shipley’s is friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented.
  Most custom work can be handled right in the store.
  I will visit again, soon.

  Simply amazing! As always, my visit far exceeded expectations. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. A week before Christmas they dropped whatever they were doing to help. I highly recommend Shipley's for any Jewelry need.

  This is a first class jewerly store. They were very customer friendly and will make anything you like. I was happy with my purchase but I will say I think they maybe a little high priced. I was very happy with my purchase but maybe I should have shopped around before making my purchase. Very nice staff.
