Capital Builders

The guys at Capital Builders replaced a long over due, worn out deck, with a fabulous, extremely well constructed new deck (the house might blow away, but the deck will still be standing). They also designed and built a much needed ramp for us, as an alternative to having to deal with steps, that were becoming more and more tedious, as we have been getting older.

We highly recommend and will be having more work done around our house by the guys at Capital Builders !!!

Dave and Chris are awesome! They are super dedicated, informative, detailed, professional, considerate, friendly and fast. This review is a bit late because since the job completed, my wife and I have been spending all of our time on the deck. It is the perfect upgrade to our home. Zero complaints.

Contractors should be able to do a complete job, more than just hammer and nails. Good/great contractors see the whole process thru from fair pricing to permits to building to customer communication.

Capital Builders pricing is fair, they were not the cheapest or the most expensive but for me they hit that sweet spot of price and features I wanted for my project. Dave was on point for talking to my difficult township about permits and handled all questions from inspectors. It was totally hands off for me except for a few minor questions that needed my input. Chris is a work horse and does amazing building. He has some OCD like me (that's a great thing in this case) and did his best to make every line, curve and detail perfect. The results of my deck are awesome and exceeded my expectations, see the pics for yourself. Dave and Chris were on time every day, explained to me when I went to say good morning what was going on that day and at the end of each day gave me a wrap up of the days work and what was going on for the next day.

Dave and Chris/Capital Builders came in and handled all the dirty permit work no one wants to do, created a beautiful deck in my backyard that my family will enjoy for years to come and kept me updated through the entire process. Absolute perfection.! If you need a contractor these guys should definitely be on your "call for an estimate" list or you might be losing out on your next project.

Capital Builders provided outstanding service. I had a not so traditional deck design in mind and the Capital team was up for the challenge. They provided a design that met the unique design I envisioned.

Capital Builders built us a beautiful deck for our pool area. They communicated with us every step of the way and were very honest about material delays, etc. They worked hard out in the summer heat, were always professional and courteous, and always left the area clean. We are thrilled with the job they did and would definitely use them again in the future!
