    Hands down the best gym I’ve been to. Great atmosphere and people. Owners are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

    I would like to thank Ms. Sue, the owner of the gym, and her son Philip for their kindness and for putting me on the right track when I was lost with my workout goals. Philip help me set up a plan, which has been so helpful. I am looking forward to taking a private session with the trainer Laurie, who I met and who explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. The gym is open 24/7, so there is no excuse not to work out. The gym is large with all the equipment a person needs.

    Great gym with all the essentials. If your looking to get strong and pack on muscle this the gym for you! Paul and his family are very kind and accommodating!! Not far from home either.. A+!!!
