“My dryer was on it's last legs and my repair man said it would cost too much to fix. So we decided to go ahead and replace both washer and dryer. We were looking for a Maytag this time and found a nice set at Home Depot, but Harper's matched the price and had them in stock. Two days later they were delivered. Sadly during the installation my plastic hot water hook up broke and water was everywhere. Even though the piece was 30 years old and brittle Harper's soon had a man out to fix the problem and finish the installation without charge. It was strange that the sale was all on the phone with Covid, I am glad that it is a local family owned business that was there and quickly took care of the problem as well as having someone to call if there is a problem in the future. Today we used the pair and they both worked great and hopefully will for a long time.”

“Having Adult instructors and an additional aide with each camp made my children and myself feel like they were safe. The low number of campers per camp session made my children feel included. The instructors knew their name and shared comments about their daily experience when picking up or dropping off. The other campers in the sessions were nice kids and my children felt happy to be around respectful children who contributed to the shared experience. The different offerings were great too and age appropriate. Thus far the one of the best camps my children attended.”

During each session, Jason incorporated consistent hands on therapy throughout the full duration of time. “These guys were subbed out by the company we have an HVAC contract with so there wasn't any institutional history with them, and that meant we weren't negotiating any prices because of any long-standing maintenance policies. That said, they were willing to work with us a bit on price, but more so, the plumber they sent out (Kenny) was very professional and able to fix our problem. He had that good balance between wanting to get the work done and not wanting to rush through it, which meant he solved the issue correctly and completely. So all in all, thumbs up.”
