He tries to arrive on time and really tries to give us realistic estimates and days he can be here to work. Mostly he (or his staff) arrive on the day scheduled, or can fit us in earlier. We are always impressed with the professional attitude and work. If he cannot get here in a timely manner, he lets us know, and we plan accordingly. Sometimes there are far greater problems than ours, so we prepare until he can arrive. We have not been disappointed.”
